Helping teams lead across languages, not just time zones.

Leadership coaching and communication consulting for English-, Spanish-, and Russian-speaking teams — where the real blocker usually isn't the words, it's what's underneath them.

The problem

"We hired great engineers, but somehow feedback never lands the way we mean it."

— A hiring manager, remote-first team

"By the time I noticed something was off, a week of work needed to be redone."

— An engineering lead, distributed team

"I know how to run this team across time zones. I don't know how to lead it across cultures."

— A first-time cross-cultural manager

"Our people go quiet instead of raising blockers early — and nobody knows why."

— An HR partner, international hires

None of this is a "soft skills" problem. It's a leadership and communication design problem — and it's fixable.

What I do

Four ways in, depending on where you're starting

Leadership coaching

1:1 coaching for managers and team leads on giving feedback, delegating, and building trust across communication styles — direct vs. indirect, high-context vs. low-context.

Communication audits

Interviews, meeting observation, and a written report on where communication is actually breaking down in your team — before you commit to a longer program.

Team workshops

Practical, facilitated sessions: cross-cultural feedback, running effective 1:1s, written communication for non-native speakers, presenting to mixed audiences.

Onboarding programs

A structured path for international hires that goes beyond "here's your Slack login" — how the team actually communicates, escalates, and builds trust.

How it works

One straightforward path, five stops

1

Discovery call

A short conversation about what's actually happening on your team.

2

Communication audit

Interviews and observation to find the real pattern, not the assumed one.

3

Tailored program

A plan built around your team's actual language mix and goals.

4

Monthly coaching

Four 2-hour sessions a month, consistently, with clear focus areas.

5

Ongoing support

Check-ins and adjustments as the team and the goals evolve.

Packages

Start where it makes sense

Step one

Diagnostic

A communication audit — interviews, observation, and a written report with concrete recommendations.

Best for a first clear picture
Custom

Workshop / program

A custom-designed workshop or multi-session training for a team, department, or onboarding cohort.

Best for M&A, expansion, cohorts

I'm a native Russian speaker working at the intersection of language, psychology, and business.

My path started in philology: a degree from the Institute of Philology, Journalism and Intercultural Communication at Southern Federal University (Rostov-on-Don), specializing in Spanish and English, world and European literature, translation and interpreting, and intercultural communication — with additional coursework in psychology. That combination became the foundation of everything I do.

For several years after graduating I worked as a freelance teacher and translator/interpreter, with clients across different countries and cultures — hands-on experience with language and cultural difference, not just theory. At a certain point I decided to take that experience further, into something bigger: business consulting.

Today I work with individuals — native speakers of Russian, Spanish, or English — and with teams and companies, helping them build effective communication in Spanish- and English-speaking collectives, and leading business trainings on leadership development and productive communication, within teams and with business partners.

Communication and cultures have always been my passion — a curiosity about how different people see the world, and what actually makes communication work between them. This is where humanities theory meets practical, hands-on knowledge.

FAQ

Good to know

Is this language training?

No. I don't teach grammar or vocabulary — I work on how your team communicates, gives feedback, and builds trust across cultures and languages.

Do you work in English, Spanish, or Russian?

All three — sessions and workshops run in whichever language fits your team best.

How long is a typical engagement?

Most clients start with a Diagnostic, then move to Core Coaching or a custom Workshop program. Length depends on the goal — some engagements run for a few months, others are ongoing.

Do you work with fully remote teams?

Yes — most of my work is with distributed teams across time zones.

Do you only work with companies, or with individuals too?

Both. I work with individuals whose native language is Russian, Spanish, or English — as well as with teams and companies building stronger communication and leadership practices.
